Dining, Entertainment and Shopping

The more than two-century-old Colorado Chautauqua is a national historic landmark and one of the most interesting and unique venues in Boulder County. You might want to call ahead and reserve a slice if you want to visit the popular Rosalee’s Pizzeria located in Longmont, a community northeast of Boulder. In the charming town of Louisville, you will find The Huckleberry, a classic American eatery. This place is a veritable feast for the senses with their baked goods, afternoon tea, breakfast, lunch, and dinner selections, along with their fine wine and cocktail list. This staple of the community has catering options as well and is known as one of many restaurants in the county to produce their own ingredients at their local farm.
